Notes:
Western culture thrives on separating generations and creating a culture that forgets the next generation reaps what the present generation is sowing. This culture has put a demonizing stigma on those putting in the work to guard themselves and their children from the smut Western society projects onto us. It’s also stigmatized the peoples who reject being influenced by this commerce-worshipping, hyper-sexed society and instead choose to incubate themselves with the maintenance of their cultural practices. But those peoples who take their continuance seriously are not belittled by Western stereotyping or condescension. We know that the fruits our lives are bearing cannot be hybridized with amoral, irreverent Western ways. If we want our womanhood to be bountiful we have to recognize the corrosive, thinning, denaturing quality of Western ideologies on who we are and the genealogies we are fortifying.
