Thinking Teastained Woman: practicing discernment, severing toxic soul ties, reverant and regal, decalcifying my pineal gland... #thinkingteastainedwoman
Thinking Teastained Woman: deprogramming from lies, breaking generational curses, meditating on truth, writing my narrative, journeying soulfully.

Thinking Teastained Woman: regarding the times, loosed from fear, meditating on truth, guarding your mind... #thinkingteastainedwoman
We can’t be talked out of the resolve we take up after our life experiences. Meaning: no one should be able to talk you out of/cause you to doubt the truths you have earned. When an experience has spoken to you in its language let no one convince you that diction is invalid. If your circumstance has given you a directional truth, no one should be able to make you subtract from that truth and go in another direction. If the lessons that you’ve learned have made you cut certain things loose, no one should be able to talk you into reengaging or reattaching or reincorporating those things back into your life. .
.
Your journal is designed to be a point of contact for you to review your reflections, such that when you encounter people who would cause you to doubt the decisions that you made as a result of what you have seen, been through, engaged with or witnessed you don’t find yourself questioning yourself or the decisions that you have made for your future self. .
.
Determine the truth of a matter and unapologetically stride accordingly. To be a living witness keeping a living book like a journal is to be in constant reminder of your “why“. The journal enables you to move forward at the pace you were designed to move because you make contractual declarations in the form of written reflections and then you continue. You write things in and out of your life— in and out of existence— and then you continue. .
.
Don’t doubt your first instinct; don’t doubt that to which your meditative disposition has availed you. And most of all don’t let anyone talk you out of a resolution that you have already put into writing.
.
.
.
And if you find yourself doubting because of too many “You should...” and “Maybe you need to...” go back and review the story that you wrote that brought you to the conclusion that you came to, sealed with your salty tears. But we do not honorarily sway direction to satiate the curiosity of people who are not living witnesses to the genesis of our truths, our resolutions. .
Let no one inauthenticate you.

To say, to tell, to deprogram, to command, to remind and remember, to uphold, to reconnect, to archive, to share, to transport the intangible—to put the intangible in handwriting—to timetravel, to uplift, to instill... Endless possibilities.

It’s your job to tell your times. Name your era for yourself and your children’s children. Occupy wisely. Don’t let the quality of your lifenotes be compromised. You are the designated, living witness for such times as these—only your documentations will show you (or your future self) why.

Stationery is a gift to [your] written language. It is a channel of omnipresence: Throw your words into someone’s future. A few days from now they’ll come into contact with a message they need, having arrived from your yesterday.
Words have power. Stationery transports and transfers them. Respect your literacy, respect your language. Be wise.

I hope we all experience the joy of having amassed a library of our handwritten books—archives of lessons we’ve learned; material museums of skins we’ve shed; collections of soil samples of roads we’ve tread; logs of notes from fruitful and unfruitful expeditions; lists of names we’ll give our daughters; sketches of our futures and maps of our past... .
.
Stepping into the soulful journey, arriving into your new day, and giving your progeny their rightful space in time begins with creating (writing) an entry.
