Vagabroad diarists and Teastained Women,
I would first like to extend my gratitude to Chimene and Vagabroad Journals for having me and to you beautiful souls for joining me on my Instagram story take over. It has been an honor and a pleasure to share a glimpse of my personal development through journaling and lifting with you all.
It is important to journal and discover your voice amidst the seasons. I have been journaling since I was in the 2nd grade and have always seen the value in self-expression. It was not until my recent years that I began to truly learn my voice and gain confidence in sharing what she had to say. I can attribute part of this success to the immensely beautiful space Chimene has created for us tea stained women to document our stories. Every day I look forward to journaling in her works of art. And every day in my Vagabroad journal I work toward becoming aligned with my highest self, getting that much closer to my dreams becoming reality.
So to add another layer to this space I am gifting you, my fellow Vagabroad diarists, a weekly healthy habit tracker to continue to aid you in your own journey to becoming. A tool similar to the one I use every day in my own planner.
Alongside journaling to discover your voice and cement your personal philosophies, planning is an essential tool to accomplishing the ambitious goals you’ve set for yourself. I find that by mastering the basics you cultivate an environment to succeed. It is my belief that anything done for 21 days becomes a habit. By ritualizing these common practices you will begin to open the doors to transforming your life, where you’ll go from dreaming to living the dream. Whether your goal is to become more consistent in your journaling and meditation practice or to add exercise to your routine I’ve found that tracking is the best way to keep yourself accountable and to celebrate all the progress you’ve made!
How it works:
Print the health habit tracker out (see image below). Write your goals down and get specific! I have included my daily goals as an example. Utilize your Vagabroad Journal to complete each task and mark off each day as you’ve completed each goal. Use the notes to reflect and jot down good things that happened that week. Keep track of your progress and repeat for three weeks until they have become habits!
We all deserve to be our greatest selves. Happy soulful journeying family.
Over the years Chimene has continued to inspire me to find my place in this generation and for future generations. If you liked my takeover or would like to stay in touch you can follow me for more insights as my passion projects come to life and on my current powerlifting competition prep by adding me on all my socials!
